Paint.NET tutorial Make Smoke




Use Paint.NET graphic to draw a liquid effect smoke. - The only plugin that you need is the Liquidify, the fist effect you can use the defaut effects of Paint.NET
- I can't copy to the cliboard... I go select all for layer 2 and it does nothing...
